Nicola Gryczka Kirsch

Nicola Gryczka Kirsch is Co-founder and Chief Weaving Officer of Regenopolis, where she works at the intersection of hospitality, place-based regeneration and systems change. A hospitality professional and social entrepreneur, she has spent two decades building and connecting initiatives across business, food, tourism and community impact. She previously led Gastromotiva and co-founded the Social Gastronomy Movement, and today also serves as Entrepreneur in Residence at EHL Hospitality Business School. A certified Regenerative Practitioner, Nicola works with destinations, hospitality businesses and communities to explore how hospitality can become an entry point for regenerating places, strengthening local economies and reconnecting people with culture and nature.
