Nicola McCarthy

Nicola initially pursued an academic career before moving into science publishing at Nature Publishing Group ahead of taking up a role in industry. Initially working as an Oncology Programme Manager at the CRO Horizon Discovery, Nicola moved into research and innovation and from there became a Screening Business Unit Manager. Nicola moved back towards academia as the Milner Therapeutics Institute Consortium Manager in 2021 and is currently the Head of Research at the Milner.
