Nicolás Gurwicz is an international aviation consultant specializing in commercial strategy and air service development. As Founder and Managing Director of Altura Aviation Consulting, he leads a specialized advisory firm with a strong presence across the Americas, the Caribbean, Europe, and the Middle East, advising ministers, tourism boards, and airport authorities on incentive frameworks, airline engagement, and long-term connectivity strategy. In addition, Nicolás advises financial institutions and investment banks on strategic aviation transactions. Nicolás brings extensive first-hand experience across both legacy and low-cost carriers, having worked in commercial and route development roles at Iberia Airlines and Southwest Airlines with a focus on international market expansion and stakeholder alignment.
