Nicole Schepanek

Nicole brings more than 20 years in the insurance industry having worked previously with Oliver Wyman, McKinsey & Company, and Bank of America. With her own company, Aureus, she advises all stakeholders of the insurance industries: from Incumbents, over investors / VCs, to start-ups. Her focus are the broader strategic finance and capital management topics including underwriting and product design – as well as innovation topics with a focus of how best to bring incumbents and start-ups together. She also acts as a business angel in the InsurTech and FinTech arena – and is an advisory board member of the charity „Über den Tellerrand“. Nicole holds a master in mathematics and a minor in insurance business administration.
