Nicole Sharp

Nicole is SNG's Chief Customer Officer and she leads all customer facing services including safeguarding, and on compliance with consumer regulation. Prior to her appointment at SNG Nicole was Chief Customer Officer at Sovereign which she joined in 1998 and has led a range of operational and customer-service teams and major projects across property, housing and landlord services. She brings extensive experience of the social housing sector and a passion for developing a forward-thinking customer/resident-centric culture.
