Nikki Hexum is the co-founder and CEO of the Human Consent Foundation, where she leads the company’s work to protect human consent and creative rights in the age of AI. Drawing on more than two decades of industry experience across film and music, she has built her career around the people behind creative work, from performers and filmmakers to managers and production teams. Before founding the Human Consent Foundation, Nikki’s early career included music video production, commercial production and CGI-driven projects during the digital transformation of the entertainment industry, including work on projects for Tom Petty, Faith Hill and LEGO Star Wars.
