Nikole Kimes, Ph.D

Nikole Kimes, Ph.D., is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Siolta Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering novel biologics, known as live biotherapeutic products (LBPs), that target the root causes of inflammatory and infectious diseases. As CEO, Dr. Kimes leads Siolta’s strategic vision, corporate development, and cross-functional operations spanning R&D, clinical development, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs. Under her leadership the company has advanced multiple programs, including its lead candidate, STMC-103H, through preclinical validation, anaerobic manufacturing scale-up, key regulatory milestones such as FDA Fast Track designation, and clinical trials, while securing substantial investor and non-dilutive funding to fuel growth and innovation.
