Nolan Wright is the Director of Supply Chain Operations at Belu Water, a leading UK social enterprise that puts people and environment first. Nolan is responsible for setting and delivering Belu’s operational and sustainability strategy, overseeing supply chain, manufacturing, packaging innovation and environmental performance across the business. Under his leadership, Belu has delivered ongoing improvements in its environmental footprint, including a 59% reduction in CO₂ emissions since 2010, development of the lightest weight UK-made glass bottles for still and sparkling mineral water, and becoming the first UK water brand to transition its full range to 100% recycled PET. He has also led the development of robust measurement of packaging footprint and water usage across operations.
