With more than two decades of experience across the NHS and wider healthcare sector, Ofrah has held clinical and leadership roles in paediatrics, community nursing, quality governance, project management, quality improvement and professional leadership. Inspired to pursue nursing after witnessing the compassionate care provided to her mother, Ofrah began her career as a healthcare assistant and has remained a passionate advocate for the nursing workforce throughout her career. She now leads national work to strengthen the profile, recognition and professional development of the nursing support workforce across the UK.
