Orhan Öztürk

Orhan Öztürk leads software development for naval unmanned systems at SİSAM, the Strategic and Unmanned Systems Research Center of Sefine, Türkiye. The team builds SİSAM's vehicle autonomy, its command and control system, and NATO-standard software development kits for STANAG 4817. With the SİSAM team, Öztürk led the technical integration of the NATO Industry Collaboration scenarios in 2025 and 2026 and built SİSAM's STANAG 4817 connection to NATO Task Force X. Before joining SİSAM, Öztürk spent more than seven years at HAVELSAN on combat management, maritime surveillance and uncrewed surface vehicle software, and holds an MSc in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gebze Technical University.
