Pamela Aiko Tironi

Pamela is an entrepreneur, business strategist and CEO with experience across investment banking, hospitality, franchising, property and artificial intelligence. She began her career in finance as an Asian Equities Fund Manager before moving into senior institutional sales roles at international investment banks, including Macquarie Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland, where she developed strong expertise in commercial strategy and business growth. Pamela is the Founder and CEO of several brands, including The Pizza Room, an independent London restaurant group, where she has led the company’s growth from a single concept into a multi-site business, overseeing strategy, operations, finance, marketing, property and franchise development. Combining financial expertise with hands-on hospitality experience, Pamela is passionate about building scalable businesses through innovation, technology and operational excellence.
