Paolo De Coppi

NIHR Professor and Nuffield Chair of Paediatric Surgery at UCL, and Consultant Paediatric Surgeon at Great Ormond Street Hospital. He leads the Surgery Unit within UCL’s Stem Cells & Regenerative Medicine Section. A past EUPSA President, he was elected Fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences (2020), named to TIME100 Health (2024), and elected Honorary Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (2026).
