Pascale Cavillon

Pascale Cavillon is Global Patient Affairs Director at Ipsen. She has a PharmD and is specialisted in Oncology, her role involves supporting the company to work with patients throughout the product lifecycle, from R&D to commercialization. Over the past eight years, she has built and evolve the organization to foster long-term engagement with patients by collaborating directly with patient organizations and integrating patient experience data into Ipsen's work. Before her current position, Pascale spent 16 years in R&D, holding various roles, including program director within global clinical development. She initiated the first patient advisory board and has managed programs and studies from Phase I to Phase IV in areas such as neurology, endocrinology, oncology, women's health, and cardiovascular.
