Pat Kiely

Kiely is founder and CEO of BiggerStage and one of Ireland’s most experienced and influential media executives, with more than 30 years’ experience spanning broadcasting, advertising and production. Previously CEO of Virgin Media Television, Kiely led the transformation of TV3 into Virgin Media Television, the acquisition of UTV Ireland and the launch of Virgin Media News and Virgin Media Sport. He began his career in advertising with leading agencies including J Walter Thompson and Saatchi & Saatchi. Over the past five years, Kiely has built BiggerStage into a major international production business, producing more than 300 hours of large-scale primetime US and UK network television and establishing Ireland as a serious global destination for unscripted production. This in turn led to the launch of Europe’s first unscripted tax credit.
