Paul Cadden

Paul Cadden is the founder of Saba, one of Ireland's best-known Thai and Vietnamese restaurant brands. Over the past 20 years, they have grown the business from a single restaurant into a multi-channel food brand spanning restaurants, takeaway, food trucks, retail and consumer packaged goods. Driven by a belief that great brands deserve great packaging, Paul led the launch of the SABA x Dunnes Stores Simply Better retail range, bringing restaurant-quality products to supermarket shelves across Ireland. In 2026, he launched Banam Banana Water, a new functional beverage brand created to challenge the soft drinks category through distinctive branding, innovative packaging and authentic storytelling. As a founder, Paul is passionate about building brands that consumers love, creating products that stand out in crowded markets, and using design and packaging as powerful commercial tools to drive growth.
