Specialising in macramé, crochet, and knitting, she empowers makers of all ages and abilities through thoughtfully designed DIY kits and welcoming, hands-on workshops. With a degree in textiles and over 25 years of experience in the fashion industry, Paula brings a wealth of professional expertise to her teaching—blending industry knowledge with an inclusive, down-to-earth approach. As a proud member of Connected 100 and Brighton Chamber of Commerce, she’s rooted in her local community. Cocoon&me has previously exhibited at the Knit & Stitch Shows, and in 2023 at Stitch, Paula’s work was showcased on stage, including the standout ‘Knitting’ costume from The Masked Singer.
