Pavel Davydov

I am Chief Security Officer at Freedom24 (Freedom Holding Corp.), where I own the security and risk agenda for the broker's European operations across information and economic security. Over the past 15+ years I have built security and anti-fraud functions from the ground up in regulated financial services — most recently for a CySEC-regulated investment services group, and previously for an international brokerage of 800+ employees. My focus is anti-fraud and insider risk, OSINT and cyber investigations, and threat intelligence covering phishing, brand impersonation and fraudulent domains. Earlier in my career I led fraud detection in the insurance sector. I am certified in behavioural profiling, digital forensics and dark web investigations.
