Paweł Wajda

Paweł Wajda holds a position of the professor of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (Professor at the University of Warsaw). Paweł Wajda focuses on the regulatory issues, banking law, insurance law, capital markets law, administrative law, administrative proceedings and proceedings before administrative courts. He has provided legal services to major companies with regard to the so-called regulatory issues, compliance issues and also with regard to the representing Clients in the administrative proceedings and proceedings before the administrative courts. He has also advised on many aspects of the constitutional law and EU-Law (i.e. implementation of the EU-acts). He has participated in many transactions with regard to the public listed companies (among others: issues of the securities, tender offers, delistings) and with regard to the financial institutions (portfolios transfers, purchase of assets, mergers and acquisitions of the financial instit
