Secretary of State for Tourism of the XXIV Constitutional Government, appointed on the proposal of the Prime Minister, Luís Montenegro, in accordance with Decree of the President of the Republic of Portugal - April 2024/ June 2025. President of the Centro de Portugal Regional Tourism Authority, having been elected for the first time on 1 September 2006, 2nd term in 2008, 3rd term in 2013, and for the 2018/2023 term, until 1 September 2023. President of ARPT - Regional Agency for External Tourism Promotion of Central Portugal, elected on 7 December 2021, for the four-year period 2021/2025.
