Peter Sockett

Peter is Development Director at Précis Advisory, where he leads Belgrove House in WC1H end to end, from planning and design management through procurement and contractor management to leasing and bringing the building to market. Peter has close to 20 years’ experience across development and construction, having started out as a quantity surveyor before moving into commercial and project leadership roles with Multiplex, where he worked on Principal Place (Amazon’s London HQ) and Marble Arch Place. He went on to set up the UK operations for both R&F Properties and Ghelamco, taking schemes from acquisition and planning through delivery. He has worked alongside investors including Goldman Sachs and Legal & General, and is also a co-founding Partner at Wandle Partners. Peter favours a collaborative, partnership-led approach to keep programme and commercials on track.
