Phil Adams

Phil is President of Houlihan Lokey, Europe. He was Global Head of Technology M&A and Co-Head of UK and Europe Corporate Finance between 2021 and 2025 before taking on his current role. Previously, Phil worked at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021 where he was CEO from 2007 until the acquisition. Phil led the merger between Altium and GCA in 2016 and the sale of GCA to Houlihan Lokey.
