I have built a 24-year career in Facilities Management, beginning with a five-year apprenticeship covering HVAC, electrical systems, BMS, and gas engineering. After achieving Gas Safe accreditation for both domestic and commercial sectors, I progressed through service, breakdown, and installation roles before advancing into leadership positions including Contract Supervisor, Contract Manager, Account Manager, and now Technical Assurance Manager. Throughout my career, I have developed extensive expertise in technical compliance, statutory and legislative requirements, building systems, and account management. I am particularly passionate about leveraging technological innovation to improve operational performance, compliance, and the overall customer experience within complex commercial environments.
