Deputy Head of Probation Digital - I joined MoJ Probation Digital in 2024 following a career spanning 17 years in HMPPS - first in psychology in prisons, before joining the Probation Service where I have spent the bulk of my career. I am responsible for half of the Probation Digital portfolio including Public Protection, Accommodations & Interventions, Manage a Workforce and Probation in Court digital areas. I also take a lead role for Probation Digital on the delivery of Sentencing Act measures, which cover significant reform for the delivery of Probation and require significant development of products (new and existing) to meet the increased demand on Probation.
