Philip Molden is Director and Co-founder of Working Feedback, a UK-based feedback and online reputation platform established in 2006. For over 20 years, Philip has helped healthcare, dental, veterinary and professional service organisations collect, understand and act on client and patient feedback. Working Feedback supports organisations in using reviews and feedback through a monthly subscription solution, not simply as marketing tools but as practical business intelligence: helping teams improve communication, strengthen trust, identify recurring themes, recognise excellent service and build stronger public reputations. Philip has particular experience in regulated and trust-based sectors where transparency, responsiveness and public confidence are essential.
