Pietro Collina

Born in Rome, Italy, Pietro has been immersed in the restaurant industry since the age of 16. Upon graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in March 2009 he found himself working in the dining room at Eleven Madison Park. Within the first 2 years of his employment, Eleven Madison Park had received a 4-star review in the New York Times, 3 Michelin Stars, as well as several James Beard Awards, including "Best Restaurant" and "Best Chef". Whilst rising through the ranks, Pietro realized his fascination for wines and spirits and began pursuing his interests;firstly, by receiving his certified Court of Master Sommelier certificate and also assisting with the restaurant's extensive beer list. He soon transitioned to the bar working with Leo Robitschek who was running the award-winning program.
