Professor Lesley Dwyer Group Chief Executive Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group is an experienced health leader with an exceptional record in the NHS and Australian healthcare system. The Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group was formed by bringing together Norfolk and Waveney’s three acute hospitals, the James Paget University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Kings Lynn NHS Foundation Trust who provide a wide range of services to a population of more than one million people. Having begun her career as a nurse, Lesley has 30 years healthcare management experience.
