Professor Patricia Riddell

Patricia Riddell is Professor of Applied Neuroscience and a chartered psychologist who is passionate about sharing expanding knowledge about the brain with organisations. She believes most people can benefit from knowing how the brain works and therefore how to work best with their brain. She works with Elephants Don’t Forget to bring the best ideas for creating employee competence and well-being based on the latest neuroscience research to clients. She has a doctorate from the University of Oxford and is co-author of many academic articles and two books that apply neuroscience in the workplace, Neuroscience for Leadership Coaching (Bloomsbury, 2016) and NeuroEffective Leadership (Routledge, 2025).
