Rachael Carter is Founder of Eva & Alma; a wellbeing brand devoted to bringing more soul into life. She has an accredited Soul Doula programme, is a Spiritual Mentor and somatic guide. For over a decade, Rachael has walked alongside the dying, witnessing first-hand the wisdom, clarity, and profound truths that emerge at the end of life. These experiences now shape her work, guiding others to live more consciously, compassionately, and authentically.
