Rachel Bartholomeusz

Rachel Bartholomeusz is Head of Propositions at the Rail Delivery Group, where she leads the development of national customer products and propositions that support income growth and the future of rail fares and retail. Working closely in collaboration with the Fares, Ticketing & Retail Programme, Rachel oversees strategic work on Railcard modernisation alongside revenue protection and Pay As You Go workstreams. Prior to joining RDG, Rachel held senior roles in product, innovation, and marketing within major UK charities including Cancer Research UK and the British Heart Foundation. Outside of work, she’s a keen hockey and football player and an active supporter of community organisations.
