Rachel Kennedy

Rachel Kennedy is Head of Health and Social Care at techUK, where she leads engagement with members across the health and care technology ecosystem, spanning NHS supplier engagement, policy influence, and cross-sector collaboration across digital health, social care and life sciences. Rachel joined techUK in December 2024 as Programme Manager and has taken on the role of Head of Programme in 2026. As Programme Manager, she led techUK's engagement on the DTAC review, helping secure significant reform to the assessment process for digital health technologies, and represented member views directly to Government through consultation responses on the Life Sciences Sector Plan and Life Sciences Investment, contributing to a change in MHRA international regulatory recognition policy. She built and led techUK's Life Sciences Working Group, chaired sessions at techUK's Annual Health and Care Summit, and regularly represented techUK at ministerial roundtables and industry conferences.
