Racquel Oden

Racquel Oden is HSBC’s US Head of International Wealth, Asset Management and Private Banking, HSBC US, leading the bank’s wealth management, private banking, premier banking, and asset management businesses across the US. She oversees the bank’s US strategy to serve globally connected investors, bringing a client-first philosophy and a track record of building high-performing businesses. With more than 25 years in financial services, she has built and scaled high-performing teams at leading institutions. Prior to HSBC, she was a Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase and held leadership roles, including the Head of Network Expansion overseeing the Consumer Bank’s growth strategy and branch network in 25 states. Previously, she was an executive member at Merrill Lynch, where she held several leadership roles as Managing Director.
