Ragnar Fjölnisson is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Kaptio, the operating system for multi-day tour, rail and cruise operators. He co-founded the company in 2012 and has spent more than a decade turning the complexity of multi-day travel into software. The product he is building now puts AI to work inside the operation. He is one of the industry's most active voices on AI in travel. Kaptio was selected for Salesforce's generative AI pilot, which he presented at Dreamforce.
