Ralph Pannell

Ralph first slung a hammock in the Ecuadorian Amazon 37 years ago, on a quest to find a monkey not yet recorded to exist there. A passion for adventure soon got overtaken with a desire to help save our greatest tropical ecosystem, with 5 1/2 years spent working for charity Rainforest Concern. His environmental passions continue at ecotravel company Aqua-Firma, where means to explore tend to be much more comfortable than hanging from a tree.
