Raluca Nicolescu

Raluca Nicolescu, SME Director with Raiffeisen Bank is a multidisciplinary leader with 20+ years’ experience in designing and delivering financial products and business solutions. In her current position, Raluca is responsible for developing a pipeline of solutions to include customer experience, products, service offer, and distribution channels. Previously, Raluca was the Treasurer of the bank and had different positions in risk management or corporate areas, where she has gained a diversified skill set, including commercial banking, risk management, portfolio management, asset/liability management. Raluca believes in lifelong learning, curiosity to discover, and collaboration as key ingredients to both personal and professional development. Raluca is a CFA Charterholder, has an EMBA degree from the University of Sheffield, graduated Executive Development Program with the Wharton School, and Sustainable Finance course with the University of Cambridge.
