Ramen Chmait

Ramen H. Chmait, MD, is a Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Southern California (USC) and the Director of Los Angeles Fetal Surgery, which he established in 2006. His clinical focus includes the treatment of the fetus via the minimally invasive surgical approach. Dr. Chmait directs a research program devoted to understanding and treating fetal disease. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed journal articles and textbook chapters in this area of study.
