Randy is the Future of Food leader for Deloitte Global. In this role, he is responsible for developing the global Future of Food strategy and integrating businesses and go-to-market solutions across the Deloitte network. Randy is the author of many thought leadership pieces around necessary food transformations including alternative protein, food waste and nature positive food system. In addition, he is a frequent speaker at events and webinars such as World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, Future Investment Initiative (FII), Food Ingredients Europe, Financial Times and Bridge2Food. As a Senior Strategy Partner in Deloitte Netherlands’ Consumer Industry, Randy works with companies across the food value chain. He is deeply passionate about realizing strategic and purpose driven transformations at scale with clients and necessary coalitions. In the past 20+ years, Randy has advised executives and leaders on strategy-led transformations of several Fortune 500 clients across ingredi
