Ranj Pillai

Ranj Pillai was first elected to the Yukon Legislative Assembly in 2016 and was appointed as Deputy Premier, Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources; Minister of Economic Development; and Minister responsible for the Yukon Development Corporation and Yukon Energy Corporation. Ranj Pillai leads Seva Mining Corp. The company is a Canadian precious metals exploration and development company backed by the Fiore Group, focused on the Cameron Gold Project in Northwestern Ontario, which hosts a 1.25 million ounce gold resource. Before moving into mining, he served as the tenth Premier of the Yukon. He was first elected to the Yukon Legislative Assembly in 2016 and held a series of cabinet roles, including Premier, Deputy Premier, Minister of Economic Development, and Minister of Energy, Mines & Resources.
