Rebecca Harrison-Vickers is Director of Residential New Build Transformation at E.ON, where she leads the strategic development of E.ON’s residential new-build business and its role in supporting the transition to lower-carbon homes with lower energy bills for homeowners. With more than 20 years’ experience across B2B and B2C businesses, Rebecca has held senior leadership roles spanning strategy, commercial growth, M&A, transformation, sales and product development. She led E.ON’s original strategic investment in Eco2Solar and subsequently served on its Board, providing oversight of both business performance and future strategic direction. Today, Rebecca works across the housing and energy sectors to bring together energy infrastructure, renewable technologies and innovative customer propositions, helping housebuilders navigate the transition towards the Future Homes Standard while delivering better outcomes for homeowners.
