Rehaan Ansari

Dr Rehaan Ansari is a GP Partner at Cliff House Medical Practice, Lincoln, and Clinical Director of Imp Primary Care Network, which serves around 73,000 patients across nine practices. He is a Federation Director at Imp Healthcare and Joint Strategic Digital Lead for the Lincolnshire Primary Care Network Alliance, as well as a GP trainer and Digital Clinical Safety Officer. Rehaan works at the intersection of frontline general practice and health technology, redesigning care delivery in his own practice through GP-led complex-care MDTs and population health management, and building the digital tools and services that make it work. His focus is making neighbourhood working and left shift real on the ground — funded, digitally enabled and built to last.
