Reinhold Schilling, M.D.R.A.

Reinhold Schilling is Head of Global Pharmacovigilance, EU QPPV and Stufenplanbeauftragter at Wörwag Pharma. He leads global pharmacovigilance activities with a strong focus on patient safety, regulatory compliance and effective oversight of international PV processes. Beyond pharmacovigilance, he actively supports companies in enabling the responsible and practical adoption of artificial intelligence, bridging technology, governance and real-world business processes. His particular interest lies in moving AI beyond experimentation toward controlled, auditable and human-centered applications in regulated environments. In addition to his industry role, Reinhold teaches in the Pharma MBA program at Goethe Business School and at Reutlingen University, sharing his experience in pharmacovigilance, digital transformation and the responsible application of AI.
