Remon Van Geel

Remon van Geel is Director Biochemistry at Lonza Advanced Synthesis – Bioconjugates Research in Oss, NL , where he leads a team focused on the research and technology development of next-generation bioconjugates and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). He has been innovating on bioconjugation technologies, linker design, novel payload development, and most recently dual-payload ADCs. His research extends beyond oncology, exploring the use of bioconjugates in targeted gene therapy and for the treatment of neuromuscular and neurodegenerative diseases. With more than 14 years of experience in the ADC field, Remon has contributed to the advancement of bioconjugation technologies and their application in next-generation therapeutics. He holds a PhD in Biomolecular Chemistry from Radboud University in Nijmegen, NL.
