Ricardo Romero is Executive Vice President of Volcan Compañía Minera, bringing extensive international experience across mining, finance and corporate leadership in Latin America and Europe. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions including Finance Manager, Director and Chief Financial Officer at European companies with significant operations across Latin America. His experience spans mining, oil & gas, food and beverages, and media services, giving him a broad perspective on investment, capital allocation and business transformation across different industries and markets. In his current role at Volcan, Ricardo brings together his international financial and corporate experience with first-hand knowledge of the opportunities and challenges facing the mining sector in Peru and Latin America.
