Rich Edwards

Richard Edwards is Co-Founder and CTO of Nuclide Tx, where he leads radiochemistry, GMP manufacturing, and technical strategy for the development of next-generation radiopharmaceuticals. He has over a decade of experience in radiopharmaceutical development, with particular expertise in radiohalogen chemistry, spanning fluorine, iodine and astatine isotopes for cancer imaging and therapy. Richard completed his PhD in Radiochemistry at Cardiff University before holding research positions at the IECB, The Institute of Cancer Research, and King’s College London. His work has resulted in high-impact publications, patented technologies, successful licensing agreements, and more than £1.6 million in translational funding for theranostic programmes.
