Rich Fisher

The Heavy Section of the Machine Gun Corps is often disassociated with the machine guns that gave them their name and insignia. Their eventual totemic iconography is the tank and the Vickers machine gun was not only replaced on their cap badges but, from the Mark III Tank, removed from their armament until the 1920s.
