Richard Crompton

Richard is the COO of Ivy Learning Trust (16 schools across London and Hertfordshire) and a member of the Trust’s Executive Leadership Team. Richard is accountable for all aspects of the Trust’s Finance, HR, estates, capital development, operating model, hard/soft facilities management, IT, data, legal, governance, marketing, and risk management portfolio. Richard has previous change management and operating model design experience in the Education sector and in the John Lewis Partnership. He has extensive experience of leading large and diverse teams across an accomplished career in both Retail and Education.
