Ricky Sussams

Ricky Sussams is the founder of VetStack Consulting, an independent veterinary technology consultancy. He started as a practice manager and then group manager, before two decades that took in more than 800 PMS rollouts and customer success leadership across UK corporate groups and veterinary software businesses. VetStack now advises software companies on entering and growing in the UK market, which is why its practice work is done pro bono. It holds no equity in PMS vendors, takes no referral fees and does not resell.
