Rina Newton

Rina is a PhD pharmacist with nearly 30 years of experience working with the ABPI Code of Practice. Before founding CompliMed in 2010, she worked at Sanofi, Eisai and AstraZeneca in a variety of Compliance & Medical roles. CompliMed (now part of Cencora) was the UK’s leading Compliance & Medical Agency with an enviable client list of 60+ pharma companies. Rina is therefore well-versed with the practical challenges of applying the Code to everyday and exceptional situations. Rina strongly advocates that compliance confidence belongs to the many, and just a few, and to realise this vision, co-founded Code Clarity in June 2023.
