Rishideep Chatterjee is a Data Scientist and Research Assistant at the UK Dementia Research Institute @ Imperial College London. His primary focus lies in leveraging large-scale health data for drug repurposing in Parkinson's disease. Utilizing massive datasets such as the Clinical Practice Research Datalink (CPRD), Our Future Health, and PPMI, Rishideep designs scalable statistical and deep learning pipelines (including GAMMs and spline mixed models) to model disease risk, identify potential therapeutic targets, and evaluate drug side-effect profiles across diverse patient cohorts. He also engineers production-ready RAG-LLM systems to standardize unstructured clinical prescription data. Rishideep holds an MSc in Advanced Computing from Imperial College London, where his thesis introduced the SHAKE test, a novel latent-space framework for evaluating LLM causality. He earned his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from RCC Institute of Information Technology. Proficient in Python
