Rita Symons

Rita is a credible coach, mentor and leadership development specialist, combining ten years of practice in coaching and leadership development with 22 years’ experience in the UK health service. Rita held numerous posts in the NHS, ten years of which were at Board level. In 2016, she left her substantive role as a Chief Executive Officer and established a Coaching and Leadership Development practice. Rita works on leadership, inclusion, wellbeing and belonging programmes, as well as delivering individual and group coaching and supervision. She has a global client portfolio. She is accredited at Master Practitioner level and is an accredited supervisor. Rita has a deep interested in social justice works on several inclusion programmes. She is interested in human psychology and has written a book on Othering – ‘Stepping Out of Otherness’. Rita lives in Shropshire, England with her husband and rescue dog and has two grown up daughters of whom she is immensely proud.
