Robin Jones is the AI Product Owner at AstraZeneca, where he leads the development and scale-up of generative AI tools across cross-functional teams. His work focuses on turning complex evidence and workflows - pathway planning, customer engagement and knowledge management - into practical, governed solutions that improve speed, quality, and decision-making. Robin partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to pilot, evaluate, and embed responsible AI into everyday ways of working, with a particular interest in retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, and scalable enablement for AI literacy.
